What services are available to our Onsite Partners?
Water – The Business Park has a large volume mains water supply which supports drinking and supply to each business. Each unit has access to toilets and canteen facilities. We also have three bore water holes that offer businesses here unique access to an economical water supply. This provision also offers the Companies that use this natural water source a competitive edge in water usage costs.
Electricity – Each unit in the Business Park has a private electricity connection. Key Growing Ltd (the management company) purchases electricity in bulk up to a capacity of 5 mw – passing on the savings to our tenants. We are also licenced to generate and export 1 mw of electricity from the Business Park to the National Grid.
Cafe – Woodmansey Garden Centre situated within the Park has a Cafe that is open during usual business hours and is also a great place for informal meetings.
Parking – The Park boasts ample free parking in tenants allotted areas.
Green spaces – Green spaces have been key to the successful working of the Business Park, creating good air and a restful place to arrive at each working day.
Good access – With roads filling up at the beginning and end of the working day, the weekly commute can add stress and unnecessary hours spent behind the wheel.
